Welcome to AI Automate Hub. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using AI Automate Hub ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AI Automate Hub provides AI-powered automation tools including but not limited to content generation, lead scoring, sales assistance, voice agents, and custom automation solutions. The specific features and capabilities available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. User Accounts
Registration
You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Free Tier
We offer a free tier with limited features (3 Content Machine generations per day). You may use the free tier without providing payment information. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.
Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during checkout. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified of pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After the initial 14-day period, all charges are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
- Using the Service for any illegal activity or to generate illegal content
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Using automated scripts or bots to access the Service without authorization
- Violating the intellectual property rights of others
- Harassing, abusing, or harming other users
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Automate Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you create using our services. We do not claim any ownership rights to the content you generate.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data privacy seriously and implement industry-standard security measures. Your data is never used to train public AI models without your explicit consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Automate Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and upgrades that may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of scheduled maintenance.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
